This position will be overseeing roughly 35 Union employees, both sheet metal forming and welding/finishing, with a focus on ensuring operator safety, while maintaining our high-end quality standards. Our team is focused on continuous improvement, working with operators on the floor to understand challenges and come up with effective and sustainable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
This position will lead the 2nd shift fabrication operations to produce the metal components needed to assemble Subzero, Wolf, and Cove Kitchen Appliances.
• Strong advocate of safety and housekeeping. Ensures that the safety rules and guidelines are followed in the facility
• Oversees fabrication operations to meet quality, on-time delivery, and productivity expectations
• Organizes and assigns work for the hourly employees. Facilitates training to help improve output
• Works with other departments to reduce operational costs, improve work instructions, improve scheduling, and reduce cost of quality.
• Participates in and coordinates programs related to employee communications, orientation, placement, training and development, etc.
• Promotes positive employee relations through open and direct communication.
• Ensures conformance with the company policies, practices, and work guidelines
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication or similar equipment is desired but not required
• Other duties as assigned.
• Hours are Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities
This position will design and detail components/assemblies as it relates to the manufacture and assembly of a wide variety of luxury cooking appliances.
• Generate multiple design concepts to solve design problems while working independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Present 3D SolidWorks design concepts for review.
• Create and manage engineering change notices (CNs) to implement parts, assemblies, and bill of materials.
• Coordinate prototype orders with vendors and fabrication staff.
• Perform tolerance stack-ups to ensure assembly and fabrication capabilities.
• Application of GD&T
• Active member of the new product development team with a willingness to work with internal and external customers.
• Support of all build activities. Hands-on involvement and desire to verify fit and function of design intent.
• Self-starter who is able to satisfy their goals and timelines.

Primary Responsibilities
The Cloud Architect’s role is to develop and maintain the high-level design plan and design and put them into actionably plans to be implemented. This individual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making as it relates to architecture, down to the project planning level.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s strategic business plans to align with future architecture requirements.
• Provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to the business in regard to new software applications, security, disaster recovery, high availability or infrastructure.
• Document and develop in-depth knowledge of company’s existing IT architecture and technology portfolio.
